A Note From Realtor® Greg Rapp ~ Hire Me to Represent You!

Why hire me ~ Greg Rapp / Wallace Realty ~ to represent you?

You will want to hire me to represent your home or commercial property sale or purchase because, simply put, I advocate for you and have a proven record of achieving extraordinary results! My success, even in the recent slow economy, stems from my focused approach to business and client needs coupled with my online marketing strategy, all of which has produced results that go beyond my clients' expectations.

It truly helps that I am an experienced Realtor®, but my clients tell me that my success has to do with my dedicated approach to looking after their best interests. While the slowed economy created new challenges, it did not stop me from consistently delivering results. My combined familiarity with the Rowan County area and townships, the housing stock in the area, coupled with a love for buildings and building materials, (with a dash of real life experience added!) is what sets me apart from other real estate agents.

Knowledge of the market and understanding of the complexities involved in the home buying process is critical to my success. As my client, you will have the opportunity to learn and get as involved in the process as you wish.

I understand that the real estate market does not close everyday at 5pm. I work around the clock to provide you with the first-class service that you deserve. I focus on one consistent theme throughout all of my transactions: teamwork. When you decide to become my client you will notice that I am involved and working not just for you but with you.

My goal is not to accumulate listings or buyers; I am more interested in building relationships. I strive to act in a professional manner that will exceed your expectations. I hope to create an ongoing relationship that supersedes a single transaction.

One of my most important team goals is to create and sustain lifelong relationships with my clients. My mission is to become the strongest client-advocators in Rowan County, and to create the most positive perception on the minds of home sellers and home buyers.
